Kirk Hudson really took a lot of stress out of finding us a Chicago home on short notice, especially since we were on a deadline to move out of our Texas house. Over weeks of consistent communication and reassuring feedback, he sent us plenty of videos and photos of various properties. Those were a lot of in-person visits and stairs he climbed for us! He even made sure to check out the laundry and parking situation for each home; we were particularly scared of dark basements. And when we finally drove across many states and landed, lost and bewildered in a new city, Kirk was there to show us the place. In some ways, he was the first local to welcome us there. I wanted to purchase a condo in the Chicago area while I was living out-of-state, which was an inherently challenging situation. I was also on a short timeline, and needed to complete the purchase within about six weeks of initially contacting Kirk Hudson to be my Realtor. He worked fast to provide me with suitable listings, and quickly arranged tours for my top properties. He visited multiple properties on my behalf, calling me on FaceTime so that I was able to see each space. He provided helpful feedback, allowing me to easily decide on my six favorite properties. He then arranged for me to view each of these in one day when I was able to come to Chicago. Everything was scheduled perfectly, and he was a massive help during the viewing process. Almost 2 years ago as of July of this year 2019 we have been in our rental property we were living in a hotel for almost 3 years our credit was horrible and we didn’t know what we’re gonna do and we were a family of five and at that time to dogs Kirk worked with us for many many many months and went through so much of denial from people but he always told us there was always would be one person out there that would rent us cause we were good people we just fell on hard times so August 2017 we found our home and we will be here almost 2 years and when our lease is up I have already contacted contacted Kirk and asked him to start finding us another place if you could he helped our family amazingly I met Kirk through one of his family members he’s amazing young man and he will always be in our hearts He has so much patient and understanding for people and feels that everybody should have chances no matter what your credit is or what your situation is thank you so much Kirk for everything you’ve done for us and what you’re going to be doing in the next couple months LOL N/A

Overall Rating: 5/5 Stars! Here's why: Property/Area Knowledge: Kirk had excellent knowledge of the area and properties we were interested in. He even knew of surrounding areas that offered comparable substitutes for our needs. Once decided, he kept our search within the requested location and price range. What we loved most about his professionalism is, he never sold us! He presented only the facts, highlighted the pros and the cons of the properties based on our needs and he never pressured or forced us into a quick close. He made us feel completely comfortable in deciding what was most suitable for us and not his personal gain. This is by far the most memorable aspect of our search process. Responsiveness: Kirk has excellent communication and his responsiveness to our calls, texts and emails have a turnaround time of less than 24 hours! He was completely accessible throughout the entire process and even after the sale was made. This is a huge deal since we had a 1000 more thousand questions we forgot to ask. Process Expertise: Kirk had full understanding of how the rental process works, however each rental/leasing agency has their own way of doing things. For the questions and concerns he wasn't sure about he contacted the company directly on our behalf. Negotiation Skills: Excellent! He took time to make sure we put the least amount of money down to put our foot through the door. He managed to knock of the admin/application fee, which may not seem like much but when you are moving every little bit counts! Effort: Kirk's efforts even surpassed our own. He had countless options for us and made sure my boyfriend and I were both comfortable with the property by answering and addressing our concerns. He also recommended affordable moving services to help make a smoother move. Recommendation: We 1000% recommend Mr. Hudson as qualified realtor!
